Returns

We have a 7 day return policy which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item/s to return.
925 Baby do not cover shipping costs/fees.

To request a return, you can contact us here or email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason why you want a return. If your return meets our returns policy requirements, you can go ahead and ship the item. As Long as the item is dated shipped before the 7 days are over, there is no need to worry about meeting the deadline. Items sent back to us without having requested a refund first, will not be accepted, and 925 Baby will not be liable for any costs or losses. Should your return be accepted, a refund will only be processed once we have received your item and will take on average 2-5 working days depending on your bank.

Gift cards and earrings cannot be returned.

Exchange

We have a 14 day exchange policy which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item/s to exchange.
925 Baby do not cover shipping costs/fees.

To request an exchange, you can contact us here or email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason why you want to exchange your item. If your exchange meets our exchange policy requirements, in that it is in the same condition it was sent and that it is correctly packaged in its original packaging, you can go ahead and ship the item. As Long as the item is dated shipped before the 7 days are over, there is no need to worry about meeting the deadline. Items sent back to us without having requested an exchange first, will not be accepted, and 925 Baby will not be liable for any costs or losses. Should your exchange be accepted, a new item will only be sent out once we have received your item and will be sent via standard shipping in 2-3 working days.
